First: The Office of the Chairman of the Authority shall undertake the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Coordination with security departments.<\/li>\n
  2. Organizing the office\u2019s administrative matters.<\/li>\n
  3. Receive the mail of the head of the body.<\/li>\n
  4. Registering interview requests from employees and citizens using a special form prepared in advance, setting appointments, and requesting priorities and opinions regarding them from the relevant departments and departments before submitting them.<\/li>\n
  5. Organizing interview dates for the head of the body<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Organizing inquiries and ceremonies related to the Office of the Chairman of the Commission<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Follow up on the actions taken by the Commission\u2019s departments regarding incoming letters related to the jurisdiction of their departments<\/li>\n
  8. Organizing the archive of office correspondence in a way that facilitates the process of referring to priorities<\/li>\n
  9. Preparing correspondence with state departments and other entities<\/li>\n
  10. Communicating the directives issued by the head of the authority to the departments, whether verbal or written, and following up on their implementation.<\/li>\n
  11. Receiving confidential mail and dealing with it according to the degree of confidentiality and organizing its archive<\/li>\n
  12. Organizing records of incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the office, according to the level of the concerned authorities<\/li>\n
  13. Preparing visitation programs for VIP guests and personalities.<\/li>\n
