First: The Office of the Chairman of the Authority shall undertake the following tasks:
- Coordination with security departments.
- Organizing the office’s administrative matters.
- Receive the mail of the head of the body.
- Registering interview requests from employees and citizens using a special form prepared in advance, setting appointments, and requesting priorities and opinions regarding them from the relevant departments and departments before submitting them.
- Organizing interview dates for the head of the body
- Organizing inquiries and ceremonies related to the Office of the Chairman of the Commission
- Follow up on the actions taken by the Commission’s departments regarding incoming letters related to the jurisdiction of their departments
- Organizing the archive of office correspondence in a way that facilitates the process of referring to priorities
- Preparing correspondence with state departments and other entities
- Communicating the directives issued by the head of the authority to the departments, whether verbal or written, and following up on their implementation.
- Receiving confidential mail and dealing with it according to the degree of confidentiality and organizing its archive
- Organizing records of incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the office, according to the level of the concerned authorities
- Preparing visitation programs for VIP guests and personalities.
- Supervising the movement, entry and exit of employees and visitors.
