Eleventh: Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs:
The directorate shall be managed by an employee of at least the second level who holds a first university degree and has service in the field of the directorate’s work for a period of not less than 15 years.
The Directorate undertakes the following tasks:
- Organizing and preparing staff and supervising the implementation of service, staffing, retirement and discipline laws and the regulations and instructions related to them.
- Organizing and following up on the Authority’s financial and accounting matters in accordance with financial and accounting laws and instructions.
- Using modern methods and means and electronic collection to collect fees, wages and fines
- Organizing and following up on warehouse matters, using modern methods and means in storage, and ensuring their protection.
- Implementing appointment and contracting procedures and issuing administrative orders.
- Providing transportation services and maintenance of machinery and wheels.
- Implementing procedures for granting bonuses, promotions, delegations, leaves, transferring services, issuing related administrative orders, calculating employee salaries, withdrawing amounts, issuing checks, and preparing the employee’s retirement referral transaction.
- Maintaining accounting records, organizing disbursement documents, preparing trial balances, and reconciling the bank statements.
- Participate in preparing regulations for collecting fees and wages.
- Implementing operational and investment budgets and opening current accounts.
- Supervising the movement, entry and exit of employees and visitors.
