Women’s Empowerment Department

Eleventh: The Women’s Empowerment Department undertakes the following tasks:

1. The department is a focal point between the body and the federal national mechanism (Iraqi Women’s Empowerment Department).
2. Preparing all plans, programs and activities related to women’s issues and following up on their implementation.
3. Follow up on the implementation of approved national plans and strategies related to women’s issues in the body.
4. Developing women’s capabilities through successful experiences and disseminating their results.
5. Create an integrated database and information about the reality of women in the Authority.
