IRAQ NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION
Tenth: The International Communication Department undertakes the following tasks:
- Follow-up technical cooperation projects between the Commission and the International Atomic Energy Agency within the framework of the Agency’s technical cooperation programs at the national, regional and regional levels.
- Follow up and implement activities and training and qualification events (training courses, technical meetings, workshops, scientific conferences) in addition to other areas of cooperation with Arab and international scientific agencies and institutions (Arab Atomic Energy Authority, International Atomic Energy Agency, US Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Security Authority US Nuclear Forces, US Nuclear Smuggling Monitoring and Deterrence Agency, Interpol).
- Coordinating the procedures required to implement emergency exercises announced by the Nuclear and Radiological Accidents and Emergencies Center at the International Atomic Energy Agency, in coordination with the relevant national authorities.
- Conducting exercises and generalizing radiation incidents through letters received by the department from the Center for Nuclear and Radiological Accidents and Emergencies at the International Atomic Energy Agency.
