Second: Directorate of Planning and Follow-up:
The directorate shall be managed by an employee of at least the second level who holds at least a master’s degree and has service in the field of the directorate’s work for a period of not less than 15 years.
The Directorate undertakes the following tasks:
- Draw and develop general plans, policies and strategies for all activities related to the Authority’s work.
- Preparing the Authority’s operational and investment budgets and following up on their implementation.
- Follow up on the implementation of the annual plans of the authority’s directorates.
- Submit proposals and recommendations regarding developing plans in light of the government program.
- Providing information and data to develop work using modern methods used globally and locally.
- Follow up on the implementation of plans and projects within the government program.
- Preparing feasibility studies for the Authority’s work projects, as well as distributing human resources according to their needs
- Preparing reports and statistical studies for all the Authority’s activities and updating them.
- Coordination with the Ministry of Planning on preparing investment programs.
