Planning and Follow-up

Second: Directorate of Planning and Follow-up:
The directorate shall be managed by an employee of at least the second level who holds at least a master’s degree and has service in the field of the directorate’s work for a period of not less than 15 years.

The Directorate undertakes the following tasks:

1.  Draw and develop general plans, policies and strategies for all activities related to the Authority’s work.
2. Preparing the Authority’s operational and investment budgets and following up on their implementation.
3.  Follow up on the implementation of the annual plans of the authority’s directorates.
4. Submit proposals and recommendations regarding developing plans in light of the government program.
5.  Providing information and data to develop work using modern methods used globally and locally.
6. Follow up on the implementation of plans and projects within the government program.
7. Preparing feasibility studies for the Authority’s work projects, as well as distributing human resources according to their needs
8. Preparing reports and statistical studies for all the Authority’s activities and updating them.
9.  Coordination with the Ministry of Planning on preparing investment programs.
