Contracts Department

Twelfth: The Contracts Department undertakes the following tasks:

1. Preparing contract documents and announcing them
2. Follow up on contracting procedures in coordination with relevant government agencies.
3. Preparing referrals and public contracts and reviewing them from a contractual standpoint.
4.  Auditing letters of guarantee and certified instruments.
5. Electronic archiving of information regarding contracting procedures.
