Quality Management and Institutional Development

Fifth: The Quality Management and Institutional Development Department undertakes the following tasks:

1. Developing the organizational structure of the Authority based on the tasks of each directorate and defining the responsibilities, duties and job descriptions for each position in accordance with quality standards in coordination with the Directorate of Planning and Follow-up.
2. Develop and improve the systems, mechanisms and procedures used in the Authority and apply the latest international standard methods and specifications.
3. Participate in preparing long-term strategic plans for the Authority, in coordination with its directorates, identifying areas of excellence and initiative, and developing liaison and integration relationships with ministries and entities not affiliated with the Ministry.
4. Defining criteria and indicators for evaluating implementation results and submitting periodic reports on their results.
5. Internal oversight and review of all procedures and mechanisms followed by the Authority.
6. Pay attention to occupational safety and environmental standards and conduct a periodic evaluation of them.
7. Conduct statistical questionnaires to determine the level of employee satisfaction, and evaluate this data periodically.
