Institutional Performance Evaluation Department

Eighth: The Institutional Performance Evaluation Department undertakes the following tasks:

1. Preparing institutional performance evaluation plans and programs
2. Preparing the status document (the document in which the institution expresses its performance) and submitting it to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers
3. Preparing and following up programs to improve institutional performance
4. Contributing to evaluating the performance of administrative leaders
5. Managing the institutional performance database
6. Raising awareness of the concepts of performance evaluation and excellence at all functional levels to ensure a supportive and stimulating environment
7. Measure and evaluate the institution’s institutional performance (self-evaluation) and the extent of development it has achieved in its performance and identify areas for improvement and focus on them.
8. Identifying training needs in the field of evaluating institutional performance and the system of standards approved by the government
9. Follow up on improvement opportunities contained in institutional performance evaluation reports
10. Contributing to the preparation of strategic and operational plans in coordination with those concerned
11.  Evaluate strategic, administrative and financial risk management and contribute to proposing solutions and alternative scenarios to confront these risks.
