Government Media Department

Sixth: The Government Media Department undertakes the following tasks:

1. Spreading radiation and environmental awareness among those working in the field of radiation and all citizens in coordination with scientific departments.
2. Preparing awareness lectures for institutions working in the field of radiation
3. Organizing specialized seminars on radiation, its risks and prevention
4. Organizing awareness campaigns for different segments of society, humanitarian organizations, and educational institutions
5. Holding training courses on radiation protection for workers in the radiation field in coordination with the Authority’s Training Department.
6. Preparing and designing (posters – folders – scientific bulletins – brochures) on topics related to radiation concepts in coordination with the scientific departments of the Commission
7. Supporting the Authority’s library with modern scientific sources and publications of scientific agencies and organizations specialized in the field of radiation, in addition to the available scientific sources, research, and others.
8. Organizing meetings with directors of directorates in the Commission to clarify the Commission’s work, the workflow mechanism, and how to facilitate ways to provide services to all sectors working in the field of radiation.
