Security Clearance Office

Fourth: The Security Permits Office undertakes the following tasks:

1. Implementing the policies and instructions issued by the National Security Permits Office.
2.  Granting a security clearance to all employees of the Authority (employees, contracts, employees, daily wages) in coordination and cooperation with the National Office for Security Clearances.
3. Granting a security clearance to all companies and non-governmental entities contracting with the Authority or requesting to obtain any of the permits and licenses granted by the Authority.
4. Follow up on people whose security clearance was rejected.
5. Issuing permits and authorizations for people (employees, auditors), personnel, and materials, and following them up.
6.  Managing inquiries, monitoring ports, and organizing the entry and exit process to and from the Authority and its locations.
7. Managing the civil defense divisions and developing the necessary plans to address any dangers to which the organization may be exposed.
8. Managing wired and wireless communication devices and monitoring the camera system on an ongoing basis.
9. Establishing procedures to secure and protect (buildings, individuals, information, devices and equipment) from any damage or security breach.
10. Coordination with the Authority’s Protection Force to develop plans to secure the Authority from external security breaches.
